Páčil sa nám izbový servis okrem jedného prípadu, keď to bola chybná objednávka.
Že bazén zatváral príliš skoro. Priali by sme si, aby zatváral o 20:00 namiesto toho

The garden, pond, it was really very nice with the possibility of feeding the fish. Nice pool and cleanliness around.
Slowly, it will be necessary to invest in room facilities.

From the moment I walked into the lobby until the moment I checked out, exceptional describes my experience. Staff are professional, polite, helpful, on top of everything and just plain wonderful people. I haven't really had a bad experience in Bali hotels, I go at least once a year, but Grand Istana Rama is far and away THE BEST. I WILL stay there again.
I honestly can not think of anything. Maybe the sidewalk construction along the main road but that is not their fault and it will be over in a couple weeks. If you go to Bali...STAY AT GRAND ISTANA RAMA!!!
