Absolutely loved the property
Entrance could use a major overhaul, scary dogs and very dark. No grab or gogeks allowed to pick up from property and drivers at the front are lazy and scarce

The environment. The breathtaking view. The pools with their views. The breakfast is a gem, even though we are used to being able to serve ourselves abundantly, it is very plentiful. The helpful staff.
The rooms being next to each other, all it takes is encountering rude people and you'll have a dreadful night.

We had an overall nice stay at Biu Biu. The rooms are large, spacious, and very clean, cleaned daily. The entire hotel grounds are well-maintained. We would like to highlight the staff: consistently above-average attentive, friendly, and chatty. The food offered is very tasty and flavorful. The laundry service is highly recommended, and it is practical that scooters can be rented on-site. We also found it very positive that after check-out, we were allowed to spend the whole day at the pool as our flight was late at night. However, some points did not quite match the rather upscale price level for us. At times, you can clearly see what is included and what is paid for additionally - for example, the cappuccino included at breakfast is served in a significantly smaller cup than the paid cappuccino during the day. Also, the two welcome drinks offered are only valid for certain fruit juices. Unfortunately, due to caution regarding Bali Belly and drinks with ice cubes, this was not a real option for us. The so-called 'Hidden Pool' is beautifully located but is noticeably less serviced than the main pool. Although you can communicate wishes via WhatsApp, a bit more attention would be nice even there at a hotel of this price range. The menu also offers relatively little choice if you want to avoid fish and meat or eat more cautiously during a Bali trip. Due to an early known change in travel plans, we had to book an additional night. Unfortunately, despite booking early, it was not possible to stay in the same room for the entire stay, so we had to change rooms in between. This meant additional effort for us and also an additional room cleaning.
