The location is very good. Kuta Beach is about a 5-minute walk away. It is also close to the airport, and we stayed one night before returning home. We checked in in the evening, saw the last sunset, had a delicious avocado toast at a restaurant on Kuta Beach in the morning, and went to the airport with plenty of time. The room was very clean and we had no complaints. Highly recommended.

Staff was polite. Booking was dishonest.
The actual booking on day one was ok. Place needs many modern upgrades. Day 2 was a home stay behind some crowded home. Be aware of the actual place versus the photos. No management on site. Lucky to even get a refund.
