We really enjoyed our stay at The Light Exclusive Villas. The staff were absolutely lovely—always friendly, welcoming, and happy to check in with us throughout our stay.
The villas are quite dated and could use a little love and updating. The bed frame was showing its age, and the mattress was much too firm for our preference.

The location was perfect, 15 min walk to the center and beach. We booked a 1 bed villa with private pool and it was the best thing for us! The size of the outside area is very spacious, same for the room and bathroom! Loved the private pool as we spent most of our mornings and late evenings there which it was very relaxing! But the one thing that makes this place is the staff, I don't have words to describe how nice and kind they are! It made a massive impact on us their kindnesses and lovely chats every day! There is a saying: People bless the space! And it was 100% true here!

Let's start with the positive - we were checked in early, which was accommodating, as after a 12-hour flight, waiting for check-in is tough. Now about the current situation: the villas are not new, but not run-down, yet still quite tired... pillows, bedding, mattress, towels - all very worn out, bath towels that were once white, now have a dark gray color, torn in places... There is hardly any tableware in the villa - you have to ask for it, but they will bring it, and the next day they will take it away and it all starts over again... You won't even find bowls for nuts/chips in the villa - so those who expect to cook properly in the villa - forget it. 1 fork per villa, 3 plates and 2 cups... And when ordering food from the restaurant - part of the order simply wasn't brought. And be careful - during the settlement, they included a paid service of airport transfer in our bill - had to clarify, as it is free. The culmination was the check-out and villa inspection (a shame for a 4* hotel) - they started making claims about the glasses that the cleaning team took away on the 4th day of our stay... Yes, breakfasts - awful, minimal selection, correspond to a 2.5* hotel... want a decent breakfast - and here the staff offers a PAID breakfast menu... The only plus of the hotel - the staff. Friendly, smiling, helpful.
I won't return to this hotel - not close to the ocean (20 minutes on foot), a decent supermarket - 15 minutes by car, tired condition overall... The only plus - the staff.
