Rooms were clean and spacious, but some amenities like the shower curtain felt outdated.
Friendly staff and attentive service.
Great location by the beach, but a bit far from the main area.
Rooms are clean and modern, but some issues with beds and pillows.
Pools are amazing with direct beach access.
Typical buffet breakfast, not extraordinary but acceptable.
Breakfast could be more varied; some found it a bit boring.
A good experience overall, with some minor drawbacks.

Very good stay in this hotel, with an ideal location and very nice pools. A pleasant and relaxing place that we really enjoyed!
The hotel and the rooms simply deserve a little refreshment, but it does not spoil the experience at all. We really enjoyed our stay

Beautiful location close to shops and by the sea (where you cannot swim) spacious rooms. Good reception at the front desk and during breakfast
Soundproofing is poor, everything can be heard... room advertised as garden view facing the street with a lot of noise. A very bad reception one evening at the bar (male staff). In the restaurant, they serve your dishes well before the drinks, lack of professionalism. No swimming possible in the sea... Concert nights where everything can be heard from the room and the singing is very bad... I went out to eat in the evening...

Location is great. Pool and beach are lovely.
Not much space for clothes, had to just put suitcase on the floor. Bathroom could have been better.

I loved the compassion with the Hotel staff, the on-site massage, the beautiful flowers, and the wonderful Indonesian food.
