The hotel is dirty, the staff is really unqualified, there are a lot of things missing in the rooms, the cleaning is really poorly done, the Internet connection is not particularly good, I forgot things in the room, they say they didn't find anything, I forgot stuff in the fridges that couldn't be missed... I strongly advise against this hotel, there are much better options nearby, especially the Valstar.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. That is all I can say. I didn't like much about this hotel other than the staff.
This hotel is run down and was not comfortable. The bed was not comfortable. The bed sheets had holes. The bathrooms need to be upgraded. There is a gap in the balcony door so bugs get in.

Spacious room, excellent WiFi, very responsive staff.
The bathroom is old, water is often cold, weak water pressure. The room is dark, with little light. The bed linen and towels are old, visibly stained and worn.

I really like the very open architecture of the hotel. On the first floor, a large covered terrace that houses a cafe brasserie. Everything on the ground floor is open with a beautiful and clean pool. Also a cafe restaurant. It's quiet.
The hotel maintenance lacks supervision. The room is poorly cleaned. I left a dirty cup that remained for 2 consecutive days without being replaced. The shower filled with limescale did not let the water pass. Towels are missing. The hotel seems to be supplied with towels and water bottles in small quantities. You have to ask for a hairdryer. It remains clean and as soon as you request, the staff intervenes quickly.
