The staff
It is clear that the hotel is not well maintained. It is surprising that the hotel is a 4-star hotel while it does not meet the requirements at all. It has no elevator, the stairs are narrow and uneven. There is no minibar in the room (apparently only the ground floor room has a minibar). Bought 2 bottles of beer for 181,000rp. The price is extremely high! There are also a lot of flies! And they open the doors of the restaurant despite there being a lot of flies. The room is also not good. The bed is falling apart, bathroom cabinet cannot be opened.
