Few things
No soap, no towels, no electricity from 2 am so no air conditioning and water. At 9 am we went to the staff with over 35 degrees in the room and they finally said they would call the technician. We had to get our own towels. We absolutely do not recommend it. The hotel is not rated 4.5 stars for nothing. Also, hygiene is lacking with dirt on the floor and stained and torn sheets.

The location and the friendliness of the service

Nothing at all
I booked 4 nights and left the hotel right after check-in due to the lack of cleanliness. The accommodation was totally filthy and moldy, smelled like an ancient musty cellar. I did not get my money back after a complaint and my vacation was ruined. For Booking, mold seems to be no problem.
