The place is peaceful and we enjoyed the pool. The beds are comfortable.
Night noise: scooters, dogs, roosters...: difficult to fall asleep. The restaurant: only cash payment accepted. No airport shuttle services offered.

The structure is welcoming. The employees are very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean. The garden is well-kept and the pool is beautiful.
For those used to having a very cool room, the air conditioners may be a bit weak. If you are not used to traveling in Southeast Asia, insects could be bothersome.

Correct breakfast
When we arrived, the bathroom was very dirty, with urine drops in the toilet and the flush not working. We reported it, they came to clean it, but it remained the same. The flush was not working properly. There were bugs in the bed, the kettle was dirty... Overall, a bad experience. Also, it was very far from the center if you are only staying to do the Komodo tour.
