Excellent place to stay. Pool could be warmer but other than that would stay again

The staff were wonderful — kind, attentive, never overbearing. When I asked for help, they responded immediately, and went above and beyond.

Difficult to relax accommodation experience - Insects frequently appear in the room. This stay experience left me very disappointed. There were a large number of insects in the room, including small spiders and ants, with an estimated number of over 20 falling from the ceiling or walls every day. Although insects are inevitable in a natural environment, such frequent and large numbers have seriously affected the quality of living and hygiene. We have reported this issue to the hotel, but only received a response of 'will handle', and the actual situation did not improve. The platform has also helped contact the hotel, but no reply was received, indicating the limited extent to which the hotel addresses issues! For travelers seeking a comfortable rest, such an environment is really unacceptable. There are other hotels of the same kind in the community, and it is recommended that everyone can try others.
