Except for the part directly connected to Damanangrek Mall, the room condition was not very good. The towels provided were almost like rags as they were not laundered at all, and although toilet paper was supposed to be provided, it was not there. Regarding amenities, I did not want to argue with the customer service manager, so I just bought them personally and used them. The room was much smaller than in the photos, but since the cost was low, I don't have big complaints, but the cleanliness and condition are not good.
