I don't know where the exceptional rating of 9.6 comes from!!! The hotel is old, the bathroom has tiles and a repainted shower tray horribly, no shampoo refill just a little shower gel upon request, bathroom cleaning is more than limited, a toothbrush from a previous guest left under the sink throughout our stay (3 days), towels stained with a request for change but received even worse, the room floor with an old not very clean parquet, TV with a few local programs, breakfast replenished slowly and not much, it's good just for locals! That's it, I was wrong and fooled by the rating of 10 'exceptional'. Polite and welcoming staff! I informed Hotel.com! I travel a lot so the real rating is 6.5/10.
