The hotel exterior is fine and the staff are very friendly. Especially the lady at the lobby seems to speak Korean and is kind. The breakfast is diverse and in Indonesian style. The location is close to the mall and good. The water pressure is weak, there is no intercom in the room, the bedding smells and the room is old, the cleanliness is not great. Even after changing rooms... If a refund is possible, I would have paid more and stayed elsewhere.

I am delighted to offer the top rating because of many reasons. They gave my request for room allocation their full consideration. I slept very well, thanks to them. I liked the cleanliness of the room. The hotel manager is very customer friendly and considerate which made my stay at the hotel most pleasant. The hotel staff are always attentive to customer needs. The hotel is near the shopping and dining facility which is very convenient. When I make a trip to Jakarta, I can not think of any other hotel. I would like to convey my deepest appreciation to them.

The AC was leaking. I told reception and they never repaired it. My room had a terrible smell and there was no AC in common areas. The hotel is old and in bad conditions.
