The hotel accommodations, overall, are good. The staff is very friendly and attentive, but they need more people on the team. There is only one person to check in, assist, take to the room, and carry the luggage. Upon arrival, we spent a few minutes not knowing what to do because there was no one to check us in, as the staff member was not present when we arrived. Also, a negative point for the air conditioning that did not cool.

We loved our stay at Mahameru. It was so peaceful and tranquil. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious with great aircon and comfy king beds. We skipped the free breakfast a couple of days as we wanted some other options, that's the only feedback I would have but we would definitely recommend this place to others.

Friendly staff, spacious and very clean room. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Close to the main strip of shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay here!
