We spent 6 nights in 2 rooms. When we arrived in the evening, the rooms were assigned to us. However, they were not cleaned and did not look like the pictures. For example, the paint on the walls was peeling off. There were also not enough towels. When asked for towels, there were usually none left. There were also some issues with breakfast. Firstly, the staff could not speak English well, leading to many wrong orders. Out of 6 breakfasts, 5 times there was no black tea, which should be normal. Most of the time, you had to wait about 20 minutes for your breakfast. The beds were comfortable, but that doesn't make the problems better. It can't be due to lack of staff, as there were always 4 people sitting around taking breaks. Scooters were offered at an overpriced rate, the shower was also not working properly... All in all, the hotel is definitely not recommended.
