The setup of the hotel is quite nice, with a lot of greenery. The rooms are arranged in a way to give more privacy.
The atmosphere is very relaxed, which was problematic at times. One of the staff seemed constantly tired, like he just woke up, with red eyes. On our first day he mixed up our food order, so one of us ended up with no food, and the other one with a double order. We booked the "Deluxe studio", which seemed not to be used in a long time. You could feel the dust on the floor and all the surfaces. Most of the days there was a smell of a rotten egg in the room, and the toilet seat was leaking from the base onto the bathroom floor. The other room we booked was absolutely fine, clean and comfortable. It was disappointing to get such a "deluxe" room for such a high price. Much better value for money would be to stay in the regular rooms.
