The pool & communal areas
The dorm rooms, no individual lights for beds & curtain was attached to bunk above. Bathroom was dirty and tap dirty work. Breakfast was included but slow service. Location ok if you have scooter

The rooms were neat
There was a cockroach in the toilet. Also, a gecko on the wall in the apartment. Otherwise, the rooms were neat. It was a pity that the hotel did not provide shampoo.

We liked the vibe of the place, the staff were lovely and helped us to get a vehicle to go exploring. The cottage itself was nice. The pool was also very nice and clean. The location was okay, about a 40min walk into Kuta. It would have been better if we had a scooter.
Some of the towels and pillows had stains on them. Also, our aircon in the bedroom didn’t properly work for a few days. It was seen to by the staff quite quickly though. The only other downside, not that it is the hotels fault, is the amount of building works going on everywhere. The noise started early and went on all day. We were out mist of the time we were there, but did notice how loud it was sometimes.

The facility is a tropical oasis in bustling Kuta. Very suitable for relaxation, even if you don't necessarily want to go to the beach, as the pool and outdoor area are very beautiful and clean. The service is great, fresh towels were provided every day, and toothbrushes and toothpaste were also provided. Fresh water could also be tapped free of charge. The communal area by the pool is great for meeting new people and you can sit there nicely in the evenings. Our room (cottage) was the nicest room on our trip so far, as the furnishings were top-notch and the outdoor bathroom impressed us very much. The price/performance ratio here was great!
At first, we were given a deluxe room due to overbooking, which was supposed to be an upgrade to our room (cottage). However, this room was anything but deluxe, as it was very spartanly furnished and the bathroom was very small. There was hardly any storage space. There was no proper closet and not even bedside lamps, so we were lying in the dark in the evenings. This room is probably the most expensive in the accommodation, but in terms of value for money compared to the cottage, it is a rip-off. Therefore, we advise against this room, but can highly recommend the cottage. Also, the location is outside of Kuta center, which can only be reached easily with a scooter. On the way to the hostel, there were many stray dogs, some of which followed us all the way to the room. We found this very unpleasant.
