It’s a scam. Nobody met us, no manager on the reception, no check in. There was only one guy who doesn’t speak English and can’t help us. At 21:00 he left us alone. The room which we booked not a right quality. There is no cold water in the bathroom room, the door is broken. We can’t stay there. It’s our honeymoon, but the owner of this awful hotel never mind about it. Nobody care about the quality of rooms. I send a request to refund, but nobody answer yet. All in all we had to move to another hotel, because it’s unacceptable!
