At Mandalika we felt at home. The owner Ica has always been super helpful and also helped us with scooter rental and organizing some excursions. The value for money is truly exceptional. The room is spacious, with a bed, two bedside tables, a desk, and a wardrobe. Outside there is a patio with two chairs and a small table, and the bathroom is also spacious. Breakfast is simple but very good, with a choice of coffee or Jasmine tea, scrambled eggs or omelette, and finally fresh fruit such as pineapple or papaya. There are some dogs but they have never been aggressive towards us. With the scooter, the central area with restaurants is 5 minutes away, and the beaches are 10-15 minutes away. Everything was really perfect, thank you for welcoming us!

If they had a little maintenance, they would gain a lot of points, really. But they are very neglectful...
The accommodation lacks cleanliness and changing towels and garbage, if you don't tell them, they don't do it... and the towels look quite worn out already.

The accommodation had a good location. The staff was friendly. Bedding and towels were clean.
The bathroom was heavily calcified. The paint was peeling off the walls, and the room was still full of sand when we arrived.
