J'ai passé un moment fantastique chez Izzi. J'avais l'impression de ne pas être seulement un membre de la famille, mais de faire partie de la communauté du village. Comme la fête de l'indépendance approchait, il y avait beaucoup de célébrations et de compétitions dans le village, et Izzi nous a fait visiter. J'ai pu assister à ces célébrations, rencontrer des habitants du village et voir comment toute la communauté travaille ensemble. Nous avons réservé quelques visites et activités avec Izzi, et son cousin Ale nous a accompagnés en tant que guide. Nous avons passé un excellent moment, j'ai pu poser de nombreuses questions sur la vie quotidienne dans la région de Tetebatu et Lombok. Le cours de cuisine avec la maman d'Izzi était génial et la nourriture était phénoménale ! Izzi et Ale nous ont même emmenés à un combat de bâtons, c'était une super expérience. La chambre a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et le lit est super. Il y a de la bonne nourriture et un feu de camp le soir lorsque les amis d'Izzi rendent visite, donc même le soir, il se passe quelque chose. Alfarizi homestay est définitivement l'endroit où aller à Tetebatu si vous voulez vivre la vraie vie de village, car c'est bien plus que de jolies promenades à travers les rizières !

The welcome is warm, we were greeted by Izzi, the man who runs the place late in the evening with a hot drink. Izzi lives with his family with whom we were able to share a karaoke campfire on the last night with a small tasting of fermented rice wine. It's cool if you like closeness. He offers many activities to discover the region (scooter, bike, trekking, tour in preserved and isolated islands).
Very simple, small room. Some cockroaches in the bathroom, the shower is cold (ok) but the water flow is very light, asking for a bucket to wash is better I think.
