Very cool to be isolated on islands. Very beautiful view from the homestay. Food is okay. It's a shame the family doesn't speak any English at all.

“Lovingly designed homestay”
The Maricho Homestay is really lovingly designed and has a good sanitary area. The edge of the house reef is best reached at high tide.
On the day of departure, we knowingly did not receive breakfast. Letting guests drive hungry to the next homestay is unacceptable. Therefore, 2 points deduction.

“Perfect place to relax - super friendly family”
Super remote area, a small room with a fan and a comfy bed. We loved it for relaxing, snorkeling, and reading. I think it is a very authentic Raja Ampat experience. The family was very friendly, the food was excellent and always more than enough for 2 people, with dessert, etc. You can also book excursions from here by boat, for example, to Piaynemo. He is a very good captain - we always felt safe and cared for during the boat trips. Thank you very much for the experience.

Great location if you look for a private and calm island. The food is amazing and everything is super clean. He also offers trips, which was a nice adventure.
The only difficulty is they almost don't speak English.
