Great establishment! Convenient and truly local! The staff is really friendly and gives good advice, they recommended us a great guide that I highly recommend to truly discover the region and activities: Sandi (+62 877-8959-0283)! Don't hesitate, they adapt to your ideas and give really good advice (he even speaks a little French)!

Nothing
What an enormous disappointment this was. The bungalow was really bad and we are extremely glad we left. There was simply no water. We couldn't wash, brush our teeth, or even flush the toilet. To make it worse, the toilet was full of ants. So, we had to clean the toilet ourselves every time. The bed was also very bad and there were even bugs in the bed! You really couldn't sleep normally in it. Also, we couldn't even swim because the pool was closed. Additionally, the people there were very pushy, which was very annoying. Seriously, avoid this place and don't book here. Terrible!

The staff is really friendly and tried to accommodate as much as possible. The breakfast is decent with various options. Our stay was so bad that the manager moved us to another hotel he owned where things were slightly better, but cleanliness was questionable. We got our guide directly from the hotel, and he was really friendly and even taught us many Indonesian words.
The rats running through the walls all night, the cockroaches filling the room floor overnight too, to a point your 8-year-old little girl will hold her urge for the toilet all night because she's terrorized by the sounds of the rats fighting in the roof.
