We like how there is a washing machine at the house and that the location is what we’re looking for. Quiet side of Munggu Kapal. The house is well taken care of and clean. The living room is big enough for family to lounge.
On sunny day the living room could be very hot. Recommends to install an AC downstairs and put a blocker for the ACs rooms upstairs because it blows right to your face. The pan for induction stove is not very good / has broken. There are missing essential cutleries such as knife, cutting board to cook.
