The staff were very helpful and always friendly. The Villa was set in a beautiful peaceful setting amongst nature and very quiet. We were able to access good eating places, massages and yoga classes easily from Lembah Sentosa.
The hot water in the shower was not very hot and not much pressure.

Nothing. It was awful. We kept and booked another place.
Horrible little hole of a kitchen down steps, a hill and around side. Holes in floor, walls. Access 900 metres down a tiny motorbike track almost impossible to navigate. No car access. Didn't stay long enough to explore unkempt grounds.
