“Great place to stay, friendly owner but be prepared for very basic”
Ezi was super helpful with booking our snorkelling tour and helping us with any onward travel. The room is basic, it’s just a double bed and air con unit, so be prepared for no bed side table, no cupboard and no table (we brought in the one from outside).
Electricity did cut out during the afternoon one day which meant no air conditioning but usually not an issue if you’re out during the day anyway.

“Immersed in the greenery at Gili Gede”
Cozy structure immersed in a quiet private green area, on the side of the island where the sun sets. Private cottages well spaced from each other. A short walk from the structure, there are several places to eat or drink. The owner and his wife are very helpful, they can organize a private snorkeling tour at a good price (recommended!)
Breakfast is not very varied: eggs or pancakes. If you want to wake up and take a dip in the sea, I recommend staying on the other side of the island, where the sea water is better.
