The location is fantastic for getting around central sites and being able to have breakfast brought to you, it's very comfortable, without an exorbitant price. The villa is a bit old and would require some changes. The staff strives to help you with whatever you need.
The cleanliness is not very good, leaves much to be desired, not only in bathrooms and kitchen, but even on the floors. Some rooms are a bit damp.

The location is quite good
Although the villa is beautiful and the guy is very friendly, it needs urgent maintenance. Non-functioning sinks, loose faucets, the laminate flooring is sinking... but the worst part is the lack of cleanliness. It's really dirty, there were papers on the floor from the previous tenants. The sink is black... it never ends

The Villa is very spacious, it can easily accommodate a large group of people without feeling crowded. The rooms are large and each one has a private bathroom, the beds are comfortable. The garden and the pool are also great to have a refreshing dip. The villa is a short walk away from several restaurants and shops and a 10-15 minute walk to the busy part of Seminyak. Overall we really enjoyed our stay
There is a hotel right in front of the villa with a large air conditioner motor. The noise is not loud but always present. You can also hear the loudest motorbikes from the street away. Definitely not a deal breaker but worth noting
