Too noisy The pool is not really private, it is shared with the accommodation across the street and there is passage of staff and other guests You have to look for the staff to find them And when we left, we took a Grab car because we had luggage and a person sitting in front of the hotel sent us away, leaving us with no means of transportation even though we were just changing hotels 5 minutes away...

The staff tried their best to make our stay comfortable. They were ambitious and available all the time. Especially the staff at the location was very nice. The room itself was spacious and suitable.
Unfortunately, a couple of things disturbed our stay. It was super loud during the night due to parties and roosters. One night we had a mouse in our room which made sleep difficult. However, the staff helped us clear our room the next day. The venue had a pretty bad smell quite often. We assume that the hotel is located next to a trash backyard.
