Generally described as neat and clean, though guests noted a small stain on bedding and occasional tiny ants in the kitchen.
Hosts repeatedly praised as exceptionally friendly, responsive and helpful (quick replies, laundry service, food delivery, flexible check-in/out).
Quiet neighborhood with parking, shop and exchange nearby, but construction noise at times and drivers had trouble finding the place on maps.
Accommodation size and pool praised; some issues noted such as AC blowing directly onto the bed, a steep/unhandy staircase and occasional unstable shower temperatures.
Good provisioning (drinking water, coffee, tea, toiletries), laundry service and maintained pool; fans available to mitigate AC issue.
Guests reported being satisfied with their stay and not regretting their choice, indicating solid value for the experience offered.
Basic F&B conveniences supplied (water, coffee, tea) and the option to have food brought to the door; no negative comments about food quality.
Overall very positive stays with strong hospitality and comfortable accommodations, tempered by a few minor practical issues (noise, pests, stairs).

The villa is amazing, I could live here. You have everything you need and more. Decorated with great taste. Netflix, drinking water source, air purifier with ionizer, two air conditioners, two televisions, and not to mention the pool. All the kitchen utensils you need, iron, hairdryer. Desak sent us a scooter to the house's doorstep. They did our laundry for free, and the communication was excellent at all times. 15 minutes from the center of Ubud. A real luxury. Do not hesitate to choose this place. We have spent 4 days and everything has gone great. Congratulations to the owner. Thank you very much. If I ever come back, I will try to stay here again.
I liked everything

We absolutely loved it. It is genuinely the most beautiful property I have ever stayed in. Has made me want to own a villa in the future 😂. Host was nice, very clean, the pool was nice, and they even left us some coconuts in the fridge. It felt very luxurious. Building work was slightly annoying but didn’t really bother us.
If I was being picky I’d say the location isn’t the greatest but it’s still more than fine, just isn’t that close to many activities and central Ubud
