DON'T GO. THE 4 WALLS OF THE ROOMS ARE COVERED IN MOLD, IT'S UNSANITARY, THE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY (Sink and floor) we asked for a refund from Booking.com and the manager, with photos as proof, it was refused on the grounds that they didn't have time to repaint....
I strongly advise against this establishment due to harmful unhealthiness

The room is in a quiet place, great for enjoying the peace and living in contact with the locals... it's very modest... good for those who want to spend little like me... The owner's sister prepares a great breakfast and very good coffee
In the room, the air conditioner doesn't cool much and the Wi-Fi, if and when it works, is very slow... Despite being on a beach, it is very dirty... all of Gili Gede is full of plastic... no one cleans because the sea always brings more garbage from other areas! In front of me, after a couple of days of staying there, they collected the garbage to burn it 😱 Unfortunately, near this homestay, there is only one restaurant which was closed when I arrived on Sunday 🤣... Most of the restaurants are on the other side of the island, a 20-minute walk away, and it's quite dark in the evening...

There were 3 dead cockroaches in the room when I got there. I got a room which was nothing like the pictures, I got a mattress on the floor, surrounded by cockroaches. There was also nobody there to help me get in the room. I had to ask the whole village where the owner of the homestay was.
