The villa itself is beautiful and like a garden, breakfast was delicious and the staff were so helpful! There is a beach nearby good for walking and the city nearby was beautiful. The room we stayed in was big and there were many communal sitting areas in the villa as well as a small pool on the second floor. I really adored the layout and the building and the kind staff.

The staff is very typical, very human, they even lent us their personal scooter, always smiling, a chill family atmosphere and calm
The rooms are showing signs of age, the shower has low pressure and not very hot, the mirror and sink are a bit rusty but they take care to clean, it smells good

This villa is full of memories, a cool and private place to stay. You can see the ocean while enjoying the jacuzzi and sitting back to admire the beauty of the sea. The staff is very friendly, there's Mr. Jono and Ms. Rara, staff who are truly kind and friendly. The first time I stayed was in 2020 and now I have returned to meet Mr. Jono and Ms. Rara again, it's very enjoyable. In short, the private villa is the best in Parangtritis. Highly recommended. And the bed is very comfortable.
The living room should have an AC installed because the weather now is hotter than before
