“not a good experience”
the staff was helpful when we complain
the cleanliness were zero. we made the booking by going ourselves and talking to the manager and the staff. we had many guests coming and checking in different days and time. but all the time when there is a new check in either the toilet was very dirty ( really there were poo poo remains fro. previous guest) or the bedsheet was not clean. when we complain they cleaned of course but the next day again the same problem. If it was not very close to my house and very convenient for my guests, I would leave and get anpther hotel immediately. sometime there was no toilet tissue, no towel etc.
