The view
I put a chair against the door both nights, the 2 young men who were there were trying to be helpful. I am woman solo traveller, I will really appreciate if booking would make a little extra effort on the information about the places.

the staff was very friendly, the location allows you to be 15 minutes from the ferry to the Gili islands
the cleanliness of the hotel with ants in the rooms, ticks in the bed, when asking for the rooms to be cleaned the towels are replaced by dirty ones, the water was not always available and at a very low flow rate

It is a hotel very close to the port to spend the night before going to the Gili islands. It doesn't offer more.
A lot of noise from the road, you could hear every passing motorcycle. There was no hot water.
