The price is hard to beat, considering how spacious the bungalow is and the private pool right in front of it.
The street is noisy, and you can hear traffic throughout the night. The place is clean and pleasant, but a little dated. The gate is also surprisingly difficult to open, especially if you have big hands or have had a few drinks!

The room was nice and well located, despite being very close to the main road it was very quiet. The owner has been very friendly at all times.
We believe that one point to improve is the maintenance of the facilities and cleanliness, especially of the kitchen and the pool. It's a shame because we couldn't use the pool as it was very dirty. On the other hand, opening the doors is an experience, they are very difficult to open.

The bungalow is nice, very simple, there is hot water in the shower, and it is very nice to sit outside. The location is excellent, within driving distance of all the beaches and clubs.
Not the cleanest (a bin full of the previous tenant's garbage was waiting for me). There is a lot of noise from the busy road (no option to sleep without earplugs), there is a restaurant next door which is nice but you also smell all their cooking all the time.
