Nicely built in itself, but could use a renovation. ;-)
The mosque is nearby and the roosters in the neighbor's garden constantly scream, so not recommended for a good night's sleep.

“A DEADLY TRAP”
A TRAP, A DECEPTION, do not trust the photos, when you get there, everything is very dirty, they do not clean the bathroom, you end up with the bathroom door handle in your hand when pulling, the door is so thin it seems like a shack's, the morning noise from the mosque is unbearable, we had to kill a total of three cockroaches in the bathrooms besides hearing everything from all the rooms, we trusted how nice and well-kept it seemed according to the photos posted on booking but it's a deadly trap, because if you dare to book and pay with a non-refundable rate and then read the comments, you can't back out, it was a horrible stay we were not comfortable at all and felt dirty with thousands of mosquito and spider bites all over the cabin added to the neglect of the staff. It was disgusting to sit on that toilet honestly, another thing to add, we asked about the rental price, of the electric bikes and at first, he said 250,000 per day per bike, luckily we decided to go down to the port to ask, because we got them for half the price. The breakfast situation on the first day we decided to give it a try and it turns out they didn't have coffee, what kind of breakfast is that, from that day on we had to have breakfast outside, we felt completely deceived and had to leave a day early because we couldn't stand that situation anymore. The owner told us he would refund us that amount to my surprise the next day he wrote to us through the app saying he hadn't said that so we can add another reason. I have to say that I don't consider myself a very picky person to stay in places but I've seen more remote campsites cleaner than that.
Everything, a terrible place, a shame that Google Maps doesn't show the alleys you have to pass through to get to the Favela-style accommodation, very little hygiene, but hey! Maybe you are looking for a place with the scent of feces, well, a dangerous place.

“To flee!”
The location and the pool. Decent bed.
This is the epitome of the worst service! The boss should change all his employees! Shame to flee! Arriving with our child at 3 pm despite having indicated the arrival time, there is no one at the reception... the employee was sleeping on the bench in the breakfast room! We will wake him up because very tired after our transfer day with our child and he wakes up and then completely ignores us and goes back to sleep turning around! It's a joke... after 40 minutes he wakes up, doesn't apologize and throws us out of our room! Later in the day, the Manager probably comes and tells us that breakfast is not included for our daughter even though we paid for 2 adults and 1 child! He asks us to pay separately for our daughter! I ask for a boat to take us back to Lombok, he says no problem, tells us the price and the next day when we go to book he asks us for another price to subcontract money. For breakfast, they give you a shot of juice... what a shame. In the room, centipedes, even after alerting them, they are not concerned but I can understand we are on an island... except that cockroaches roam everywhere in the room and that's a lack of hygiene! I have traveled to a lot of hotels in several countries around the world, I am at Ginius level 3! I have stayed in 4 hotels in Indonesia but this is really the worst! At the end of the stay, he asks us for forgiveness and to give a rating of 10/10 so do not trust the ratings probably asked by him.
