However, because of our villa's open layout, you may encounter some friendly inhabitants during your stay, such as ants, mosquitoes, rice field frogs, spiders, geckos, and other creatures. Additionally, the villa is neither fully fenced nor gated. While privacy is generally maintained, you may occasionally notice people passing by in the field, in front of the pool or in nearby areas. - Guests are required to complete and sign a short check-in form upon arrival. - Guests may be asked to present a valid ID. - The form includes house rules and the property's terms and conditions. - By confirming the booking, guests agree to this process during their stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
