Strategic location, comfortable, and quiet. Many cafes and minimarkets around. There is a swimming pool facility and a clean and suitable kitchen. Friendly host and staff, very helpful and responsive. Easy and fast check-in process. Clean and fragrant room, hot water, cold AC, and smooth WiFi.

The ceiling was falling in the bathroom. They were doing construction and scraping walls by the pool! It was horrible and we left early. They did refund us for the remaining nights but I feel we should have gotten 100% refund.

“DO NOT STAY UNTIL THEY GET A NEW MANAGER”
The manager, Soraya, is extremely rude, unhelpful, and can barely use proper English. If the owner wants this place to succeed, they need to replace her immediately. On top of her broken English, which made it impossible to understand basic rules, she was completely dishonest. I booked four nights and wanted to extend my stay, but she claimed they only accept online bookings. That makes no sense for any homestay, and my neighbors even confirmed they booked directly with her through WhatsApp. I have no idea why she lied—maybe she only wants Europeans to stay longer. After that, I decided not to extend. On my checkout day, I had a tennis lesson in the morning and politely asked if I could check out just one hour late to take a quick shower. Their checkout time is already early at 11:00 AM (an hour earlier than everywhere else in Bali), but she just refused. I’ve never experienced such terrible service ANYWHERE, especially in Bali, where people are usually so friendly. I'm sure she'll reply to this claiming it's a fake review or making up excuses, but seeing her do this is the exact reason I'm sharing my real experience. Save yourself the headache and don't stay here until they get a new manager, unless you want your trip ruined like mine was.
