The service is friendly, you can ask questions, quite comfortable and the water is clean, there is a refrigerator and stove for cooking, the kitchen equipment is quite complete, you can also cook rice, it's safe to have breakfast at the villa. You can walk to Malioboro.
When arrived, the place was not very clean, there were still a lot of dried gecko droppings on the floor and cobwebs/spider webs on the ceiling, slightly dusty too. Also, the sound of a very loud gecko can be heard, so I often wake up during the night.
