Beautiful facility.
No contact persons on site. The pool was unusable due to contamination. Upon our arrival, there were problems with electricity and water. Every 2 days, there were also issues with the A/C. Due to the lack of contact persons, the only option was to request assistance via WhatsApp or email. As a guest, I do not appreciate this type of communication.

A very nice hotel with a good ambiance, made with quality materials, the staff was friendly and very clean, fumigation was being done.
Despite booking a large king room, a double reservation was made for 100 sqm and the day before my stay, I was recommended and given a small 30 sqm room. I spoke with the owner, a woman, who offered coconut water, massage, and breakfast, I wanted to take only half of the money, it was reluctantly accepted, otherwise I would have been deceived and given a 30 sqm room for the same price, money was requested for a toothbrush, overall the hotel is good but the guest reception was very poor.

Exotic setting protected from external noise, everything is done to make you feel at home in a jungle with a well-kept decor. The staff is lovely and available. A joy to be able to dive into the pool at the foot of our room. A typical accommodation just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Canggu.
Very old toilet. Needs to be changed.

That was absolutely amazing accommodation! Everything was perfectly clean, the staff was so kind, and the environment there was really nice and calm!
