“Good for 1 night.”
Everything was clean and fresh and the shower was wonderfully warm. Nice that there was water and tea available. A kettle was also there.
The room was small and cramped and the accommodation is poorly accessible in bad weather. I had to ride through the mud with the scooter that kept slipping away, leaving me standing in the mud with my shoes. There are a lot of flies in the area, and if you don't keep the doors closed, they will be in your room in no time.

I booked a Batur sunrise hike through the host which was easy and good.
- the room looked nothing like the one advertised - it was not very clean or well maintained - it smelled like smoke even though it was advertised as a non-smoking room and there was no possibility to ventilate or open a window There was no place to store anything so all of my stuff just lay on the floor - the door lock is inconveniently placed on the bottom of the door - there is no lake view despite one being advertised - the WiFi randomly wouldn't work Overall I just expected something completely different and didn't feel comfortable in this place. It felt like something they had just made as a prototype but then opened it for bookings. I had three nights booked but only stayed for one as I didn't enjoy my stay. It is quite cheap so I understand you can't expect too much but I have stayed in much nicer accommodations for the same price here in Bali.

Not bad, if we look from a distance then it's beautiful
I don't know what to make of this great review... the house was not cleaned when we arrived, the toilet had what the previous guests left in it... and the rim, seat, everything was full of dirt. When I pointed this out to the host, he unrolled a bit of toilet paper and wiped it off, then casually asked, 'Is it okay now?' Dirt was everywhere, the surroundings were scandalous, completely disappointing, dirty, full of flies. It was very disturbing.

The accommodation was nice, bright, and rather clean
The room's door being a glass door, the noise insulation was not very good but the place was quite calm so it wasn't too bothersome. There was a lot of limescale on the shower walls and the shower tray (wooden) was not very clean.
