Excellent staff and very attentive. Recent and well-maintained hotel. Very good breakfast and restaurant. Mastered menu. Fresh and homemade products. I recommend the cooking class and the massage.
Some noise sometimes from outside the hotel. Rare but early.

The hotel is located off the beaten path, outside tourist areas, so it is an excellent place to relax. The hotel staff is dedicated and can help with all matters. The food at the hotel is very good and varied - partly based on vegetables from their own garden. The hotel beach is clean. The hotel provides transfers from the port as well as transportation to selected places on the island of Lombok (sightseeing, beaches, diving)

Very beautiful structure, well-maintained, equipped with all comforts and services. Direct access to the beach. The hotel restaurant is also good, which we tried for both lunch and dinner. Overall a good 5-star hotel
Throughout the structure there are 3 umbrellas (6 sunbeds) to relax on the beach, when we asked to add some more we were told to use the poufs on the beach. There are 4 sunbeds by the pool. This means that if you don't take your spot early in the morning, you won't be able to use the sunbeds.

The property is very beautiful, well-designed and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. The F&B is also excellent. The SPA is the same.
The location. The hotel is really isolated. You must rent a scooter or a car. Also, the beach and the sea are not very attractive. Murky water and no facilities. You are forced to go to another beach every day. There are beautiful ones about 20 minutes away by car.
