The structure is beautiful, well-kept, and very welcoming, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a few days of tranquility. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and above all, very clean, with everything you need. A special mention definitely goes to the staff, always very kind, helpful, and smiling. They made me feel welcome from the very first moment and were really helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended for those looking for a well-kept, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Lombok

The staff were really helpful, they gave really good advice about where to eat and what to do. Padre, in particular, helped us rent a bike, recommended a very good local restaurant, found a good cheap barber, and went above and beyond to help me when we were leaving with returning the bike. The location is great as it is good to get to the better beaches and the mosque isn't disruptive in any way when they set off their morning preaching at 5 am and it's close enough to town to get to all the things one wants easily but far enough away to not be bothered with the chaos
The mattress was terrible, and not comfortable at all. The metal springs could always be felt and would dig into your back. At the time of writing, the place wasn't finished, they were building the hotel and it was not a boutique hotel. The shower would flood the bathroom every time you'd have a shower as the floor was sloped the wrong way so the toilet would have a constant puddle around it. There is no safe in the room or fridge. I left the motorbike in the parking area with a full tank of petrol one night and in the morning it was ⅔ empty, when I mentioned this I just got blank faces.
