Super nice villa, it has everything you need!
In the basement, it was a bit warm during the day, but bearable. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

“It was a very pleasant stay!”
It was a very spacious place in a great, central location. There was weekly cleaning, and the staff was very friendly. It’s located at the end of a quiet street, in a safe and clean neighborhood. There’s a local gas station and market across the street, with many other markets, restaurants, and gyms nearby. It has great internet and good amenities. I’d recommend this place but selfishly would want this place available the next time I’m in Ulu so I can stay here, haha - but seriously, definitely suggest people considering staying here.
The lower level can get hot - recommend opening the windows and turning the fan on, which helps.
