Location
Smells so bad, not clear if it's independently owned or managed, hard to coordinate check-in time due to staff absence, unclear property rules, etc. Had to do self-check-in like Airbnb, but I chose Booking.com because I prefer not to check in by myself. Booking.com should address these issues to maintain its reputation. Room is too small and needs thorough cleaning and maintenance.

Location and amenities are good. 24-hour Family Mart available in the basement. Plenty of food and drinks. Good safety with security guards at all lift lobbies. Access card required for entry and elevator use.
Please hire a cleaning agency to clean the apartment weekly. Remove the washing machine from the toilet as it takes up too much space. Consider replacing some electrical appliances and furniture if possible.

The location near BRI station is very convenient.
The apartment is situated in a large residential area, which is not an issue, but the wall paintings do not look as nice and clean as they do in the pictures.
