“Cozy and quiet holiday at a lovely hotel”
- The rooms were nice - the pool area was well-kept and cozy, and the sun hit perfectly for sunbathing - It felt safe because there was always staff sitting right when you entered at all times of the day - the style was nice and modern - the location is really good - very friendly and helpful staff
- that you only got a pitcher of water in the room every day so we had to fetch more liters of water daily. You could buy at the hotel but it was a huge overprice. Other hotels offer free water, even with fewer stars, so for us, it really pulls down. - I think the cleaning could be a bit better. It was clear on lamps and in the ceiling with cobwebs that it was not cleaned very thoroughly quite often - at least not everywhere. If this were to be improved a bit, it would be an advantage to give a thorough cleaning occasionally.

Unfortunately, the staff was not always as friendly as one would expect from Bali.
