The villa is fenced with a high fence and is closed. The villa itself is nice, equipped with basic things, there is a beautiful blooming garden around the villa, the place is peaceful. There is a great view of the surrounding countryside from the place. The pool was clean, everything smelled good.
We didn't like the location of the villa, which is basically outside the village, neighboring houses are destroyed and semi-collapsed, they do not evoke a sense of security, not even for a daytime walk, we didn't try it at night. The villa itself and the garden are separated by a high fence, the garden is beautiful, the villa would deserve better kitchen and bathroom cleaning. I think the place is great for a couple who comes to relax and doesn't mind being alone surrounded by nothing/local residents. If someone is looking for evening entertainment, a place to go for dinner, etc., this place will not satisfy them.
