Location is great, but you do have to walk along a really busy road to get to downtown. Quiet and peaceful, yet close to the action! Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Each bedroom is rented individually with a shared kitchen, living room situation. Would have been nice to know in advance. Doesn’t detract from the experience, however.

“A little piece of paradise”
This establishment is a little piece of paradise, with a breathtaking view of the rice fields! I highly recommend. Waking up with a magnificent view, you can't dream of better. The pool is super nice and clean, just like the room! The staff is very kind, you have coffee, water, tea available, it's great! The calm is more than appreciable, in a little corner that allows you not to hear the cars and scooters, but still very close to the center of Ubud. Some comments mentioned the lack of outdoor furniture, the owner has addressed this with two sun loungers per room. My favorite place in Bali for a top quality-price ratio!
