“Great Villa”
Great Villa. Great facilities, nice staff. Breakfast is included, but only eggs. There is toast in the fridge. Water is always available. All appliances are provided. The location is a bit outside, so it is quite peaceful. It is in the middle between Borobodur and Prambanan. Yogyakarta is half an hour away. It's best to drive for meals. There is a very small Warung on the corner. You can also order with Gojek.
Just a little bit that it was outside. But that's more my problem. I could have checked beforehand. But in the end, I'm glad we found the villa.

The house is large, has many rooms, a garden, and a pool. The billiard table is great and fun! The bedrooms have A/C. The location among rice fields seems idyllic.
The house has seen better days - long ago. There is an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms and kitchen - there are many ants in the bathrooms. The furniture is dirty and very old. The kitchen equipment is completely inadequate (hardly any cutlery). The garden is not well maintained. The pool is old and not particularly inviting - but the worst part is that you cannot stay in the garden or by the pool because the local neighbors burn smelly things constantly, and the smoke and stench are unbearable. Sleep is also impossible as the neighboring Muezzins scream very loudly every night at four o'clock - not call or sing! We left early - this was the most expensive and worst accommodation in many weeks in Indonesia!

“Very nice place”
Beautiful house with very friendly owners/managers! If you ask for something, they come right away to help you or arrange it for you. The house is very spacious and has a beautiful garden around it.
There was a sewage smell in the bathrooms, but that is common in many locations in Indonesia. Keep in mind that the house is a bit far away, and it takes a bit longer for Grab to arrive. If you are looking for peace near the rice fields, this is a very nice location.

“Fantastic!”
It is spacious, very neat, and well taken care of. Delicious breakfasts, good pool. And upon arrival, there are some basic groceries available. Good reception. Staff present remotely in their own cottage.
If I have to think of something, please provide 2 towels per person, as you do not get clean towels every day. Bring earplugs for the mosque at night. There is very little in the vicinity; it is a beautiful rural area. You can have food and groceries delivered via Grab if you don't have cash.
