Very nice bungalows. Everything was clean and the bathroom satisfied us completely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If we come by Ubud again, I will book here again.

The view is great if you get the fields facing ones
1) FACILITY: The room I got, which was Room 4, has a massive slit on the door, so it won't shut all the way. I'm sensitive to smell, so I was kept up the whole night with car/bike exhaust from the streets and mosquitoes. I communicated the issue with the manager, and they changed me to a cheaper room, but still, I couldn't sleep well due to mosquitoes. 2) HYGIENE: There are a lot of huge ants and tons of clothes moths on the walls inside the room. I've stayed in more rural or natural places before, but I've never seen this many. The sheets smelled stale, and the towels are not so clean. 3) FOOD SAFETY: The breakfast was okay, but one day the fork was dirty with egg yolk, kind of gross, and I pulled a stapler nail out of my fried rice. Hope it's not some black magic

The villa is private and detailed, the staff was friendly and prepared excellent international breakfasts for us
Maybe a bit far location, although with Grab you can get to the structure
