The living room is relatively clean
No water in the morning. When the butler came to cook breakfast, there was no water, so all the dishes were not washed. The staff only went to fix the water when all the breakfast was cooked

Very clean villa with all the necessary amenities
Unheated pool; very long time to fill the jacuzzi and not enough hot water to enjoy it

All the beds are large and comfortable. The bedrooms and living space were huge and luxurious in feel. We loved the pool and garden at the back. When we wanted to sunbathe, we went out into the garden. When we wanted to read in the shade we hung out by the pool. Our teenage daughters loved having large rooms with big bathrooms each. We hired scooters from a few doors down (left out of the villa) they were cheap, good working order and had many helmets. We went to the restaurant (right out of the villa and 3 mins walk) away. It had a great vibe, Balinese overlooking rice fields and flying kites. We saw fireflies there at nighttime. We were about 10 to 15 mins from Ubud. We scooted into town and to a few waterfalls, so the location was great for us to explore. Agus and Akus were excellent hosts and made us wonderful food for breakfast.
Pool was a little cold, but it certainly woke us up and we swam every day.
