I had booked two days and due to Kuala Lumpur airport circumstances, I missed the flight which was delayed for one day. When I arrived on the second day, this hotel kicked me out and asked me why I didn't come yesterday. I told him I paid for two days. He said we canceled your reservation. I said I want to rest as I haven't slept since yesterday. He said the rooms are booked... even though I paid.
